Under this program, UCI Health patients with such conditions as COVID-19, pneumonia, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who are improving can sometimes leave the hospital early if their vitals and symptoms are monitored continuously as they recover at home. How a medical university's Telehealth Service Implementation Model can help you
